Project 911 is our record of bringing this car back, from the auction and first inspection to the careful work of repair. Eric and Austin share the research, teardown, parts decisions, and lessons along the way.
The car is a 991.1 Carrera Cabriolet with a 3.4-liter engine and PDK transmission. The current focus is understanding and rebuilding the damaged wiring, inspecting the convertible-top system, and working toward a safe, reliable return to the road.
